Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

This course covers the legal requirements for liquor service staff with the knowledge and awareness necessary to responsibly serve alcohol in licensed premises. It focuses on the areas of identifying intoxicated customers, customer service with attention to refusal of service to patrons, compliance with legal issues and assisting customers to drink sensibly.

It is highly recommended that all staff working in venues that sell & serve alcoholic beverages undertake this course. After successful completion of the course you’ll receive a Certificate signed by the Directorate of Liquor Licensing Victoria.

Food Handlers Certificate (Food Safety Level 1)

This nationally accredited course has been designed for people involved in food preparation and provides basic hygiene principles for all food handlers and satisfies the requirements of Victoria's food safety laws for food handlers. It covers basic food hygiene practices in order to prevent food poisoning and food spoilage. After successful completion of this course you will receive a Food Handlers Certificate and a Statement of Attainment for the unit SITXOHS002A Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures.

Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Food Safety Level 1 & 2)

This nationally accredited course is designed for people and businesses involved in food preparation and provides supervisors in hospitality businesses with the required certification for the role including basic hygiene principles for all food handlers.

This course covers the principles of basic food safety and their implementation of food safety procedures in the workplace. This course covers correct storage temperatures, cleaning food preparation areas, Food Handling, Personal Hygiene for staff members, Pest Control and Waste Disposal.

After successful completion of this course you will receive a Food Handlers Certificate and a Statement of Attainment for the units SITXOHS002A Follow workplace hygiene procedures and SITXOHS002A Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures.

Barista Coffee Course

This nationally accredited course is designed for people looking to enter the hospitality industry that require basic skills training in coffee or anyone interested in learning the skills to make various coffee.

This course covers preparing a range of espresso coffees, preparing variety of coffee such cappuccino, café latte, macchiato etc, coffee presentation, texturing milk, preparing for service, maintaining of the espresso machine and more

After successful completion of this course you will receive Statement of Attainment for the nationally accredited unit SITHFAB012A Prepare and serve expresso coffee
