Campus Facilities & Location

GIT Australia is located in the heart of Melbourne Central Business District at 28-32 Elizabeth St, Melbourne VIC 3000. The campus is situated adjacent to the Flinders Street train stations and Elizabeth Street tram terminal. The campus is spread across 6 floors of the building. All floors can be accessed via lift or staircase.

Training Kitchen

The purpose built training kitchen is located on level 1 of the building.

Classrooms

All classrooms are air-conditioned and are furnished with appropriate classroom furniture and equipment for effective learning to take place. Class rooms are located on Level 4, Level 5 and Level 6.

Resources Centre

The resource centre located at level8, is equipped with selections of textbooks; tapes and videos; magazines and periodicals; newspapers and student photocopying facilities. This resource centre is maintained and updated regularly with appropriate material.

Student Lounge & Cafe

The Institute provides a student lounge and a cafe area which is a comfortable area within the building for students to relax, meet others, and converse in English. They are also used as areas to find information on social activities, rooms available to rent/share, and other general information related to international students living in Australia.

Student Computer Room

Our Computer rooms are located on Level 5. There are two seperate computer rooms. There is one general computer room for all the students and another seperate computer room for our IT students. Students are required to book a computer to use this facility.
